Art & Social Health

Alongside my performance work, I work at the intersection of art and health, integrating dance movement therapy, contemporary dance, and mental health–oriented physiotherapy into my practice.

I graduated as a Dance Movement Therapist (MA) from SRH University Heidelberg in 2023. The programme was grounded in evidence-based clinical practice and included training in psychiatry, psychotherapy, and community mental health settings. My Master’s thesis, Dance Movement Therapy in Harm Reduction, focused on dance therapy approaches in harm reduction among substance users.

I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, with a specialisation in mental health, and bring to my practice over 20 years of professional experience from contemporary dance and performance.
